Samsung has just announced the launch of a “game-changing” Windows 10-powered laptop which they say offers ultimate performance and portability. The new Galaxy Book S is about to go on sale in the UK and arrives with a svelte look, long battery life and plenty of power.

This new laptop uses Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8cx processor which not only means it should cope with your daily workload but also offers Gigabit LTE connectivity. This should allow this PC to always stay connected no matter where you happen to be working.

This latest 7nm 64-bit octa-core processor from Qualcomm is also super-efficient allowing extended battery life and its fan-free design helps it stay more silent than a mouse.

Along with that performance, the Galaxy Book S also features an ultra-light anodised aluminium body with it weighing in at under 1Kg – that’s despite featuring a 13.3-inch screen.

Talking of the screen, the Galaxy Book S has a 10-point multi-touch panel, allowing you to scroll, zoom and control the device with the touch of a finger.

Under the hood you’ll also find up to 1TB of expandable storage, so you don’t have to worry about running out of space.
